The Retreat
The Art of the Alpine Circuit
In the Kneipp tradition, hydrotherapy becomes a gentle, grounding ritual—an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and let the rhythms of nature restore you. Through alternating warm and cool water experiences—soothing baths, and mindful water treading—the body is encouraged to open, release tension, and reawaken its natural healing energy. Each immersion is designed to harmonize circulation, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner balance, offering a deeply therapeutic sanctuary where water serves not just as treatment, but as a guide back to wholeness and vitality.
While at the retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to move through self-guided wellness circuits rooted in meditative breathwork, weaving together saunas, pools, cold plunges, steam rooms, and soothing foot baths. These thoughtfully curated experiences support detoxification, ease sore muscles, and help melt away fatigue, inviting your whole body into a deeper state of rejuvenation.
These offerings are yours to explore at your own pace, based on what your body needs in each moment. Nestled throughout the wellness area are quiet corners for lounging, soaking, and napping providing soft, welcoming places to simply be.
To rejuvenate is to bask in the fullness of the season and replenish the light within. It takes a conscious choice to pause and reclaim the vibrancy of who we are. This retreat invites an intentional process, honoring the rituals of self-care and the luxury of making space for your own well-being. Set during the peak of summer, we celebrate the season of abundance and vitality and invite you to enjoy these offerings, at a pace that feels right for you.

Daily Yoga and Meditation Offerings
Your retreat will be further supported with daily private Yoga and Meditation instruction offered by certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, Darion Johnston.
Darion is a hatha yoga and meditation teacher based out of San Francisco, California. Her teaching style focuses on finding balance between effort and ease on the mat. In practice, that means exploring the edge of challenge in a pose while respecting the feedback and physical limits of the body. Encouraging poses that equally embrace joy, pleasure and release as much as strength building.. This is key to a sustainable and sustaining yoga practice.
For Darion, movement-based yoga is not exercise for the sake of exercise. It is a practice in self understanding and compassion—using our attention to the breath and physical postures that nourish and strengthen our bodies—to access a deeper well of our personal power, discernment and wisdom; it is a pathway to finding comfort in stillness and peace in quiet mediation.
Her hope is to provide participants with access to a transformative meditative experience they can carry through their retreat and beyond.
Tentative Agenda
Friday:
You’ll arrive Friday afternoon, easing into the retreat with a late day welcome yoga and meditation practice. The evening is yours to unfold gently—perhaps with a restorative massage (available through the Post Hotel spa), time by the pool, or a quiet wellness circuit. Dinner is at your own rhythm, whether you choose a moment of solitude or to gather informally with the group.
Saturday:
Saturday offers both morning and afternoon yoga and meditation sessions, anchoring the day while leaving ample space to weave in any other practices to best support your wellness. Enjoy a deeper exploration of the rejuvenating hydrotherapy, break for chef crafted meals, take in a nature walk, or rest in simple stillness, as the need arises.
Sunday:
On Sunday morning, we’ll close with one last yoga and meditation practice and breakfast. The facilities will remain open for your enjoyment until 2pm, allowing for a spacious and unhurried transition back from your retreat. This would be a great time to enjoy a nature walk, leisurely bike ride, optional spa treatment, or to soak up that last bit of hydrotherapy and lunch before your departure.
All meals, with the exception of dinners, are included on site. Each yoga and meditation session is 90 minutes, designed to support deep rest, reflection, and reconnection. Yoga mats and props will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
