Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

The Dorn Clinic is not contracted with any insurance companies. We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. We can provide a comprehensive Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier directly to find out about reimbursement.

Where are your sessions conducted?

Currently, sessions are done on telehealth through a HIPAA compliant service. At this time we do not offer in office appointments.

On occasion, Dr. Dorn will do in home sessions (in the Seattle Area) if required for our work together. There is an additional charge for travel.

What is your cancellation policy?

The Dorn Clinic has a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the session fee if you cancel with less than 48-hours’ notice.
